This and that .... with a Sick Pug

This post is not that great...Ive been sick, just found out today I have Kidney stones...( sorry Mom I forgot to tell you when I talked with you earlier...I was stressed out over Coal) so this Post is kinda boring and all over the place...I'm tired and not feeling that great but wanted to try to get back into my regular Blogging posts..seems as if Face-book pulled me away from my Pugposse Blog...anyway....


Well Im such a Ellen Degeneres fan I went and ordered these for the girls....

Whitney with her Big Blue eyes....Belle had a Birthday on Jan 3rd...she is Now a 4 year young Lady! HaPpY Birthday BelleBelle!

Coal has been not the same the last week, he has bee vomiting and diarrhea...today he wasn't any better so I took him to the vet for a check up...he is sick enough where they decided it was a good idea for him to stay through the night to be observed and have IV fluids, he had a fever and lethargic... this is the first time Coal has spent a night at the vet since we rescued him one year ago...I miss him bunches and hope when I call the vet in the morning they will have some positive news for me... Bugs ( whitney's Cat) seems to think the flower bed in the window is his perch...he drives me nuts when he sits there..if you look you can see Belle in the window right behind him...when he sits there the Pugs go crazy and bark and bark...thats when I know Bugs wants in...lol

Bull-Run Just had a Birthday On Jan first...his records say he is in his mid 20's,,he is doing awesome and loving being at the Barn with all his Horse friends, and Whitney goes 5 days a week to ride him.

Im going to miss my Monkey tonight...I hope he sleeps well and gets better. Poor Lil Man.

I married My Highschool sweetheart 14 years ago today..... so hard to believe!

sorry for the delay in my updating....
Brad is doing well, a few things have popped up but nothing serious, just a few obstacles to get towards recovery, he is still in the hospital, they are going to try him on soft foods to see if his stomach can tolerate it, he passed the clear liquid diet with flying colors! He is a little scared to try soft foods...( I would be too) he is still being fed with his feeding tube to be sure he is getting enough nutrients.... if he can tolerate foods its possible he can have his feeding tube removed.
still a long long long way to go but so far so good and each day he surprises us with something!

Whitney had her first Horse riding accident but didn't get hurt, he horse got spooked and threw her of its back, Whitney fell flat on her back ( yes she had on a helmet ) and it stunned her for a minute but she jumped up, dusted her dirty bottom off and said! that was fun can I do it again and got right back on her horse and never was fearful of her being bucked off again....lets just hope the next fall will be just as safe! lol

ha vent updated much about Tori lately, she is a busy young lady working 20 hrs a week at one of our local grocery stores, this week she is training for a cashier position, she loves it and just opened her own bank account and she save it all, she has put her entire pay checks into the back for savings, she has more money in her account than i do!

Pugs are good, Turbo has a foot infection, just brought him to the vet to have his back feet checked ( punchy remember I noticed his feet at the social?)
he has a yeast infection on his feet and he is on MORE pills so this makes 8 pills a day....
coal, willow and Belle are all well, snoring, spraying noses all is good with them.
thats about it...Im tired, still running on nervous energy and spending most of my time up at the hospital. im really starting to not like that place! lol

Glasses and the Cheshire fair......

Last week the girls both had eye appointments... Whitney's eye's have worsened and she needed to go back to wearing her glasses again. as she browsed the numerous walls of Glasses on display she found a pair that she knew she wanted badly....she chose these..... because the inside looked alot like Vera Bradley...she has a Vera Bradley bag that she loves and these glasses have a similar print. So we ordered her another pair so now she has 2 pair. just incase...she sat on her other glasses and had to go with out for a day or 2....






As for Tori, Her school nurse all last year told me she should have her eyes checked due to her going into her office for headaches alot. I figured it was Tori just wanting to stretch her legs or having a bout with her ADHD. come to find out her sight is pretty bad and she has a double astigmatism.





She chose these cute Glasses that have encrusted diamonds( fake dismonds ) on the side. ( a little Bling )






she just rolled out of bed when I took these pictures. she is looking rather tired. but she is loving the glasses and notice a big difference in her vision.



Now we live in the Poor house....our insurance didn't cover the glasses......Bahhh !







Saturday we wanted to bring Whitney to the Cheshire fair but it was such a dreary day. Around 6pm rolled around and it was still raining so we chose to go to Olive Garden for dinner ( just up the road from where the fair was at) Whitney invited a camp friend ( who is also our neighbor across the road) as we got closer to Olive Garden the sky was clearing up...Yeah clap clap clap so now we can go tot he fair! once we finished up at Olive garden it was close to 8:30 pm but we went tot he fair anyway...once we got there we notice it closed at 11pm so we have plenty of time. and not sure if you remember last years post when we went to this fair..... I am happy to announce I did not suffer from food poisoning again!

Terrified! but Whitney and her friend really wanted to go on the Ferris wheel but didn't dare do it alone so Brad went with Whitney and I found courage and rode with Cassie. I really hated it! really.... but I did happen to take a picture as we were up on the top. Whitney in her Bumper car.Whit fishing in the kiddie pool....she won a PUG stuffed animal!


Just as it got close to closing time it started to rain........ a little sheep staying out of the rain......

I really want a sheep.....they are so darn sweet! this one kept giving me kisses.Whitney milking a fake cow...lol
just at closing....we were the last in line to receive fried dough! yeahhhhh

whats going to a fair and not getting a funnel cake or fried dough?

it takes about an hour to get to the Lake from the fair....we pulled in just a little after midnight...and me very carsick......gah! last year I got food poisoning...this year I get car sick? not fair!
