Sandy is so Thoughtful

After a long busy day today today we pulled into our driveway and saw this box sitting on our front steps. Hummmm did I order something that I forgot about??? No. Hummm was it my flip flops I ordered from American Eagle? No the box was too big for flip flops Duh....I looked on the return address label and Guess who it was from??? This Person who sent all these nice goodies is a wonderful thoughtful friend of mine who I have become quite close to. it is amazing the Bond you can create through Blogging with someone and a few e-mails here and there can allow you to have a great friend thousands of miles away. I would like to send my dear friend SANDY at RAGUS PUG A huge thank you. She had a post a few weeks ago on grits. I have never had grits in my life and I can't seem to find them here anywhere. So Sandy said that she would send me some real grits from the south. So She sent me all kinds of grits. regular grits, yellow grits and shrimp grits! I have no knowledge on grits so I certainly an clueless on making grits so she sent me a packet of recepies to prepare them Thank God!She did more than grits. She also sent my daughters matching t-shirts from the beach near her home and found the cutest rings for my daughters also. she even got me a ring that I absolutely Love is a glass ring with different colors in it. I actually have it on right now. it matches my shirt I have on perfect! It fits perfect on my right hand ring finger. High Five Sandy! You are so kind. I made a video of the girls with their new gifts but It is too long. Blogger wont let me post it. so If I can cut the video time down I will post it for you. Hummm whats in the box??????

Belle is growing up.....

First off today is My Mothers Birthday so I first want to Wish her a Happy Birthday..Happy Birthday MOM! We LOVE you!

We have been trying to have Belle sleep with us the past few weeks. Not a good thing. she thinks it is time for play. if you make the tiniest movement she will attack you she will bite on the covers and shakes her head. or she will walk around ..sometime she will attempt to walk over your face. this got old so we figured she still needs to be in her crate at night. We tried again last week she did better she fell asleep after she did her blankets in mouth head shake thing a few times until 1:30 am then she decided it was time to play so I got up and told her that Little girls need their rest and it was not a good time for play. and put her in her crate with her Kong otherwise she would bark and cry. so we tried again last night....she must see Willow go under the covers right off. SO last night I put Belle on the bed and Willow. Willow snuck her head under the covers and went down to the end of the bed and fell asleep. ( this is where she sleeps all night under the covers. So I see Belle go under I am thinking to myself...GREAT Pug Play under the covers while I am trying to sleep. I climbed in and Belle came back up from the covers and laid right beside me and plopped her head down and fell asleep. She was still there when the alarm went off at 5:30 this morning! Yeah, No pee pee no nothing! So hopefully tonight will go as smoothly as last night. Willow started sleeping with us when she was 7 months old. Belle is almost 5 months. and still growing. I think we need to invest in a King size bed . our Queen is just a little snug now that we have 2 Puggies sharing it with us. Belle Now.............

Summer!!!!

Finally summer is here. it was rather warm but no complaints it is a Looooong winter here. Willow and Belle seem to handle the warmth pretty well. I keep them in the house where it is cool. Although Willow doesn't seem as interested in her dinners the past few days she she picks at her food. Belle is another story she will eat anything anytime..... she is a little piggy she has no issues with consuming food. Willow taking a stroll through the field. We didn't go out long it was too hot for them today......
W and Belle cooling off in the Pugs Pool. Willow thinks it is a large drinking dish. she hops in for a drink then hops out. Belle Is not too sure what to think of it. This was her first day in her Puggy Pool. She Better enjoy it I paid a whopping $8.oo for it at Wally World. I think when she gets used to it I won't be able to get her out.
Here is a plant I picked up at a local green house. I have a lot of Purple Petunia. SO I picked up this Pink Petunia. Nice Bright Pink color.

Hi Ho Hi HO off to Camp we go....Again

On our way back to Mimi and Papa's camp Whoo Hoo Willow was so happy She got to sit on my lap as we entered the campground. She knew where we were going. she Sure Loves her Mimi and Papa........

Here is Papa walking Belle...we were on the beach and I heard this little Muffled bark and there was little Belle taking a stroll with her Papa. you can hardly see her she blends in with the rocks.....
Whats camping with out Smores................Looks as if T has a tourch rather than a marshmallow. She likes them Black just like me. Her friends joined in on the fun too....

Another hot day so we went to my parents camp again for the day. we are actually heading back tonight to make Smores on the campfire it was too hot today to bring the pugs so they will go over with us tonight. maybe bring them to the dog beach. I felt bad leaving them home today but it is nice and cool in the house. better than out in the 90* weather. This is a photo of them when we left this morning. Belle all stretched out in the sun beam and Willow looking at me waiting for me to say Wanna go for a ride?? I think she was pretty upset with me as I closed the door behind me....................

What a great day we had today. we went to a lake where my Parents have a camp at a seasonal campground. It is about 2o mins from our home so this makes it nice for visiting them. We even brought the pugs to join us. The girls have a hand full of friends there...( we know a lot of people there seeing how it is so close to our home town. ) so the kids pretty much did their own thing with their friends. riding bikes, playing at on the play scape, Mini golf and fishing. we did it all. The weather was great. We had so much fun we are heading back over tomorrow morning for the day.............

New Hampshire Mountains and Lakes

Here are some photos of our State for Sandy at Ragus Pug That I promised to take. and for those of you who want to view a little bit Of New Hampshire.These photos are of Lake Winnipesaukee On our way home from an over night trip to GunStock Resort in Gilford for a Business Trip. it was nice got up to 80* Thank Goodness the rain stopped!
I don't know what Mountains are in the background..we have so many it is hard to keep track.


I bet our interstates are alot different than yours Sandy. This is what our interstates look like. I think we maybe passed a hand full of cars . in a 20 mile stretch. This interstate is about 20 minutes from my house. Some get a little busier the closer you get to the Bigger City which is a little over an hour away.You don't see much traffic here if you do it usually has to do with Road Construction.

Finally....no rain today

No Rain today so I brought the four legged kids out for a walk out in our field outback. it was rather windy though. Can't wait for the warmer weather it is only in the upper 50's. Willow loves to walk in the fields she usually chases bugs and butterflies but today there wasn't any. You will see Belle barking during this video..she is barking at her Human Dad in the driveway. I was a quick short walk...long enough for Belle to put her self asleep when we got home........

I took a side road to my house today to take these pictures up on the hill that I look up at eveytime I look outside . so here is another view of my surroundings. A lot different than what Sandy at Ragus pug has posted. she has the beautiful sea and palm trees to me having mountains and Pine trees.... From her southern Accent to my Northern Accent.One ........end of the united states to the other

The Mountain you see in this picture below is actually in the State of Vermont. we live under 5 minutes to the Vermont border. The name of this Mountain is Mt. Ascutney

Yup..here is our little town.....just under the yellow arrow. this is our down town area. the old Mills and downtown shops and bakeries, banks it is bigger than this looks..lol I think our City's population is around 14,000. It is growing we have nice shopping centers and restraunts. alot of construction is going on to add more stores.

Full tummies.....New Look

Went and did the usually Monday Morning thing......$180.00 later . Where does all the food go. I swear the middle of the week my Daughters are Mom can you go to the store we are out of everything! I am like OMG there is now way. But sure enough we are usually heading back to the store by Thursday again and drop another 50 bucks on more items. I think I know the problem...my kids have friends over all the time. But I wouldn't change that . They are all good kids... So here are the Pugs look'n to see if I got any Jumbones or chewies.

Willow you are not going to believe this....I check every bag and Mom did;t buy us one stink'n thing!

I can't believe I forgot dog treats! how can I forget Dog treats! Good thing the pet supply store is just down the road. I will have to run in and get them something good. they have treats but they are the ones that they don't like...spoiled lil things arn't they!

Okay..I didn't post anything on this but last week I decided it was time for a change. so I bit the Bullet and went for it. I went back to my natural color..( No more beige blond) and had 3 1/2 inches cut. I wasn't to comfortable with it the first couple of days and pulled it back in a pony tail and my Ball hat. During the weekend I played with it and I guess I can live with it. I am not used of it being this dark. and it is shorter than what I am used to. anyway here is ......what do you think????? Some of my friends like it better then I have a few who like the blond Highlights I HAD in it better. what do you think?

Bonding time with Belle

Belle is finally settling down. she is now starting to be a snuggler and wants to be with who ever wants to allow her onto their lap. after a few mins. of patting she falls asleep....following a lot of snoring. So here we are watching Desperate House wives well at least I am watching it. So Coco's Mom is this something Coco does during Desperate House wives????
