Squeaky Eater........

I don't know about you but am I the only one with a Pug that Squeaks when eating?? Belle is the noisiest eater...we know she found food when she starts squeaking.... This was taken the other day...You can tell Whit fed her she went a little crazy with the serving size of Dry food...what Belle is doing is not eating the dry food but pushing it with her face searching for more wet food....you will see in the video she walks over to the other dish in search of more wet food....

This weeks Meal of the Week is...............

I don't know about you but this whole Pet Food recall thing has scared me..Even the Food i have been buying at the vet has been pulled of the shelves........so After I searched the Internet and contacted our vet They have given me a few Home made Dog food recipes to make.....so Friday I spent the afternoon making PUG Food! Willow having a protein allergy the vet gave me a prescription to help her deal with the allergy due to me making their food...So far so good they started it yesterday and Willow seems to be doing well with it and is taking her new medication with no hassle...Phewww...........so I went to the grocery and got $65.00 worth of ingredients to get them by for the next month.......( I was paying $118.00 a month of Willows prescription food) so this week i made them.............Lamb Stew!

Birthday Party Planning and....Finished Product!

Well I just booked Whit-bits Birthday party ! It is not until June but I needed to do something before I ran out of options....Last year we had the Hummer Limo Party so this year I booked a Pottery Party.......Which reminded me that I have yet posted our after pictures of the pottery we made in March! Birthday Brochure and invitations they supplied...........

Beach Bums

It was nice enough today for us to head over to the ocean for the day.......it was about 75* Degrees or so...it was a nice day. We really wanted to bring the Pugs but it was a long ride ( about an hour) and Belle gets car sick and I didn't want to rick her getting sick in the rental truck we have....I wish we did there were so many other Dogs ...I felt guilty.......But I am sure we missed them more than they missed us...Right? Ahhhhhh...Finally I got to sink my toes in the Beach sand and smell he salty air!

Meet Rudy and Lucy..we met these cute lil Pugs on the boardwalk along the beach.....just around the corner from meeting them we came across Lola another Black pug...(I didn't take a picture of her though) We had a good time we may head back for a night May 5 Brad is going a 10 hour deep sea fishing trip On May 6th so The girls and I may go and hang around the beach and do a little shopping...I just need to find a hotel that allows pets...I would like to bring Willow and Belle along too.

It was finally nice today...a well deserved day for us New Englander's! it is still a bit muddy out so I have a lot of Laundry and Pug harnesses to wash.......They say we may see 80 degrees on Monday...Hummm that would be nice...we will see!

New Wheels!

Yep....I bit the bullet.......I went and bought Brad his Truck he has been wanting for sometime now.... He is worth it...I hope he enjoys it!

LOL.......Just kidding! I rented it.......LOL

This is actually a rental we just picked up...my car is STILL is in the Body Shop and wont be done for another week or so...it has been in the shop for nearly a month now! We have been borrowing Brads aunts Mini van but we have had it so long I didn;t think it was right to have it so long. Besides her Boyfriends car is not running right so he will be picking up the Mini van tonight for him to use.....so this works out for all of us.....When we went to get our rental car...it was not back yet so they offered us this truck for the same price as the car...Brad jumped right on that offer because this is the truck he wants to buy for himself...So well will be test driving this truck for a good week.....Who knows....I rather have a Dodge Nitro or a Nissan Murano! Or well better than nothing....This works for me.

Belle has a favorite spot when someone is down in the game room.......she enjoys watching a Game of Pool or seeing the girls dance on their dance pad.....what ever is going on down there she wants to be apart of it.........

Willow and Belle I think know that their Big sister has been not around....she has been gone since Friday afternoon and will be home tomorrow night....she is in Massachusetts visiting with her cousin. Last year at this time she went to Florida for Spring vacation...I bet she wishes she was there this year with all this crappy weather we are having. Only if Willow and Belle knew that she was leaving again with Whitney on Thursday to go away with their Grandmother for the weekend. They are going to stay at a hotel and go shopping for the weekend. They have not seen their Grandmother in about 5 months so it should be a fun time for them.....and DOWN TIME for me!

New Solar Light.....

I just ordered a few things for the lake this summer...one of the things I bought was this PUG Solar Light. I though it was cute to display our site Number at the lake. As you can see we are Site #56..... We can't wait to get over there....all I want is to go to the beach...use my kayak....bring Willow and Belle for walks around the camp. Enough of this snow already...we are getting ready for another snow storm coming in Sunday night through Monday......So maybe all I need to bring to the lake this year are Snowshoes!

Strange behavior when it comes to Pillow Spray?

Each Week I wash all the bed sheets and spray the pillows with Lavender Bed Spray....When I do this Belle can smell it and she will run to what ever room I am in with the lavender spray. Ours or one of the girls rooms.....She jumps up on the side of the bed and wait until I put her up on it and she will go Crazy! She rubs her face into the pillows and scratch away at the covers and roll all around and just totally goes berserk! It there something in Lavender that makes animals go nuts? Like cats and Cat-nip? I also read that Ben-Gay makes cats go crazy? Does anyone else use Lavender Pillow spray and if so do your fur kids go crazy?
